Our dealership group is a fantastic business opportunity for those who seek future Management growth within the company, as well. Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Associate:

• Highly motivated, with a proven track record in the motorcycle or auto industry
• Motorcycle endorsement and understanding of the Harley-Davidson culture
• Great work ethic and career commitment
• Be self-motivated, positive, driven, and helpful.
• Professional appearance and work ethics.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule: including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Quality guest relations, both in person and over the phone.
• Be able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling.
• Basic skills and knowledge of social media use.
