Regional Specification Manager

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, the leading global manufacturer of automatic and revolving doors is seeking a Regional Specification Manager for the North-eastern US.
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is manufacturer of the Besam, Record, and Blasi brands and has been designing, installing, and servicing automated doors for over 40 years. Our wide variety of clients, include prestigious organizations in the retail, healthcare, hospitality, and transportation industries. Our focus is to provide technologically advanced products and innovative application solutions that are centred on our customer's needs.
As a Regional Specification Manager you will work with architects to provide them with the most sophisticated specifications and architectural solutions in the industry. This position requires a high activity level, knowledge of the architectural process in construction, and a personal drive to grow the business. The role will also encompass presenting ASSA ABLOY Entrance System’s complete line of Door Automation solutions and client specific service programs.

The key ingredient for the successful candidate:

• Become a trusted advisor to all architects in the territory
• Drive specification volumes and speed our innovations to the market
• Assist in the creation and implementation of AAES strategy and programs
• Work seamlessly with our sales and operations groups as a team.

Job Requirements:

• 10 years’ experience selling and working in the sales or architectural field
• Demonstrated knowledge of the design and construction markets
• Customer focused and the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
• Action oriented focused on driving for results.
• Construction and design industry organization membership
• Ability to travel
