Position Summary:

This role is temporary to help the team with a surge in workload. This position will primarily work to facilitate the addition of websites/applications to Netskope proxy steering that have previously not been proxied by Netskope. This includes web traffic being transported via non-standard ports. A secondary objective is to expand the use of Netskope DLP functionality.

MUST HAVES:

Advanced knowledge of the Netskope solution and its features.

Advanced troubleshooting skills.

Excellent understanding of web traffic, web applications, certificates and certificate pinning and how they work within and without a solution such as Netskope.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Experience configuring proxy steering of unique SaaS tenants of products such as M365 and Dropbox.

Hands-on technical skills needed to meet project objectives through configuration of the Netskope solution

Significant prior experience working to administer Netskope and engineer the Netskope solution.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

Conduct technical design sessions to understand and confirm use cases and requirements.

Discuss improvements of the current deployment of the Netskope solution in accordance with best practices and processes.

Create necessary documents.

Perform hands-on Netskope configuration of policy and integrations as designed.

Setup Forward Proxy Steering methods to steer SaaS applications, Private applications, all Web traffic, or All Traffic to the Netskope tenant.

Advise and assist in traffic shaping/steering from current network egress devices.

Configure Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) API integrations as needed.

Configure DLP policies for API integrations and forward proxy based on defined profiles to prevent the exfiltration of data via SaaS applications and posting on web forms.

Configure Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Web policies based on defined Web classifications to monitor and block specific web traffic.

Validate proper website/application functionality with designated users when new steering configurations are added.
