Summary:

The NetSuite Developer and Administrator that will be responsible for optimizing the use of NetSuite across our businesses.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Administrate

• Performs maintenance, projects, change requests, and support tasks for all NetSuite applications and the ecosystems.
• Support requests for new/update/termination of users/roles, partners, and associated accounts/roles, workflow, design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs and dashboards
• Monitor end-user usage, daily system scripts, and track performance
• Provide internal, ongoing system-technical support to users, including training and maintaining proper system access for all roles
• Responsible for NetSuite data management which includes governance and control, security and integrity.

Develop

• Plan, review, and revise feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business and operational needs
• Support NetSuite integration project efforts and be the liaison with NetSuite Support
• Support the financial planning and budget team with module setup
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite Platform
• Responsible for the change management and release process of NetSuite
• Responsible for NetSuite data management which includes governance and control, security and integrity.
• Develop, test and deploy customizations utilizing partners and consultants
• Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage, etc.
• Creation of complex scripts containing business logic to support functional requirements

Required Language(s) and Skills/Abilities:

• Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing
• Specializes in NetSuite ERP program with prior experience with NetSuite CRM and eCommerce
• Familiarity in integration approaches and strategies, preferably someone with hands-on work involving web services (XML, SOAP, WSDL), messaging and REST protocols
• Familiarity with common middleware tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft or other partner solutions (e.g., Celigo)
• Experience in automating processes in a SaaS environment
• Ability to support data import process and migration
• Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting
• Working knowledge of csv imports, user provisioning, defining roles, report analytics, and scheduling scripts

Education and Experience:

• University degree in the field of computer science or information systems and 5 years of related work experience.
• Education and/or certifications with significant experience in SDLC and project management are desired.
• NetSuite certificated as Foundation, Administrator, Developer, or SCA Developer
• 5+ years’ of hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration
• At least one prior full lifecycle NetSuite implementation in a development role
• Extensive experience as a business systems analyst

Schedule:
