We are currently seeking a Network Engineer, with an emphasis in security, to work within our Network team in Peachtree City, GA in all aspects of network engineering . This position will also be support the Information Technology team in administering the company’s infrastructure systems, while working closely with system administrators, application developers, and desktop support engineers. Create and manage the network teams’ annual budget

Responsibilities

Designing, installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Information Technology Systems at an enterprise level including:

• Network and Cloud Security Best Practices
• Cisco Firewalls, Routers, Switches; Meraki Switches, APs, Firewalls
• Firewall configuration of Access Polices, IDS/IPS, Threat Intel, Monitoring, NAT
• Web Content and Security Filtering
• Remote Access including client VPN, Always On VPN, Horizon VDI
• Load Balancer/ Reverse Proxy/ Azure App Proxy configuration
• Wireless Network Access and Support of 802.1x
• Management of VLANs, DNS, DHCP, IPAM
• ISP Circuit Management, SD-WAN, MPLS, Site to Site VPN
• Public SSL Certificate Lifecycle Management
• Telco, Fax, VoIP Administration
• Support MS Teams Video Conferencing, Collaboration, Calling (Direct Route)
• Microsoft Endpoint Security Knowledge
• VMware, V-Sphere, NSX and Microsoft Server Knowledge
• Network Monitoring

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years related experience as a network engineer with heavy exposure to cyber security essentials and working with multiple topologies; CCNA Security and/or CCNP Security and/or Unified Communications Administration a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of Meraki Firewalls, Cisco Firewalls, Microsoft Direct Access. VMWare networking, Azure security models, Azure network configuration, and F5 Load Balancer
• Strong general knowledge of all aspects of Information Technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative, and customer service oriented; ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills; self-motivated to conduct independent research into IT issues, products, and fresh ideas to the table.
• Ability to formulate business cases and budgets.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
