- Must have flexible availability in regard to days scheduled - weekends and holidays are required
- Reliable transportation is required
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
- Verify that all end of day work has been performed by other departments
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
- Answer phones and place reservations
- Run end of day computer functions so they are complete by the end of the shift
- Prepare information/reports/etc for upcoming day
- There is a myriad of small jobs to keep you occupied throughout the night as well, such as laundry, minor cleaning, empty trash, sidewalk clearing during inclement weather, etc.
Full-time will be four 10 hour shifts (9pm-7am) & part-time will be three 10 hour (9pm-7am) shifts once both positions are filled and training is complete.
