Atlantic Health System is Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Great Opportunity in Northern New Jersey
Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Geriatric Assessment Center at Morristown Medical Center. This well-established geriatric program consists of a dynamic group physicians and nurse practitioners.
The position is currently only outpatient, and the NP will work collaboratively with the Geriatric physicians to provide direct patient care to older adults. Ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in Geriatrics or Primary Care to provide high-quality care to our geriatric patients. While the position is only outpatient at present, there is a possibility for nursing home coverage in the future. Therefore, the successful candidate should have the flexibility to provide nursing home coverage if required.

- Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- At least 1 year of NP experience is preferred
- Geriatrics Certification preferred
- Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
