LNA ($1500 sign on bonus for full-time)

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LNA

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Provide care according to residents’ care plans.
• Engage with residents in a manner that promotes their independence and maintains their dignity
• Maintain a safe and homelike environment while responding and attending to residents’ physical and psychosocial needs appropriately
• Document resident information in charts by completing reports, logs, and records
• Report changes in resident’s condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to Director of Nursing or Administrator.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION OF THE LNA

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· LNA license

SKILLS AND ABILITIES OF THE LNA

· Possess a high level of care and compassion to provide direct resident care

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to build positive relationships with residents and staff.
