Part-Time 7p - 7a
JOB DUTIES - The Nursing Assistant II performs designated tasks in the provision of age-appropriate care for patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Work assignment includes floating to any unit, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITY –
High school graduate or equivalent is required, or higher.
Must demonstration excellent communication, customer service, telephone, and organizational and critical thinking skills.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and stressful situations.
Nursing Assistant Certification required.
BLS required.
One year experience in a hospital or long-term care facility required.
Mandatory nonviolent crisis prevention training to be completed prior to end of orientation period and maintained annually.
