CaringEdge Health Services in Brainerd/Baxter MN has an opening for a casual Occupational Therapist to add to our growing team! The OT will help patients maintain, improve and thrive day-to-day, and delivery of effective, evidenced-based clinical practice with focus on geriatric care provided through outpatient therapy.

• Wage $32 - $43.00/hourly

Responsibilities:

• Develop a written plan of care specific to each patient and implement therapy services based on that plan of care.
• Initiate occupational therapy program and instruct other personnel in certain phases of occupational therapy with which they may work with a resident, as well as instructing the goals of the occupational therapy program for the resident by participating in case conferences.
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on the attainment of goals.
• Participate in peer consultation process.
• Assistants with organization policy and state regulations.

Minimum Requirements

Masters in occupational therapy approved by an accredited organization.

License to practice as occupational therapist within the state.

Current CPR certification.

Valid driver's license within the state.

Pay: $32.00 - $43.00 per hour
