Office Administrator
The Office Administrator is responsible for administrative and accounting management at a Curtiss-Wright Surface Technologies shot peening location. The Office Administrator ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly while being an integral part of the team.
Your Challenge:
- Responsible for order entry, job packet creation, job completions and billables processes and working closely with corporate accounting.
- Coordinate site purchase orders, office & plant stock positions
- Tracks budget spend and reports variances as appropriate.
- Critical file management
- Regular communication with customers, maintaining good working relationship with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Willing to help teammates within a small business environment
Your Expertise:
- Bachelor's Degree in business management or related area required.
- 3-5 years of similar experience.
- Microsoft office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent oral and written English skills, bilingual (Spanish) is an asset
- Good organizational skills with the ability to delegate and manage responsibility for a wide range of activities.
