$15/hr, $1300 bonus in 6 months
20 hours a week, with full time offer in 6 months
flexible hours 8 am-8 pm (to be discussed)
possible work from home once fully trained
paid holidays if part of the normal schedule.

We are a growing broker agency that helps people find health insurance plans via the

Marketplace. Right now we are looking for a part time Office Assistant. If you are looking for a

career in the health insurance world and you enjoy helping people, there will be multiple

opportunities for advancement and learning in the coming year.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for helping people. Someone with customer

service experience and some computer experience. The right candidate is available during

Open Enrollment, our busiest time of the year(Oct-Dec). During that time you will assist with

new clients and make sure old clients roll over correctly into 2023.

Duties:
1. Assist clients with daily questions and concerns.
2. Assist Agent with insurance applications.
3. Maintain client accounts up to date.
4. Manage progress tracking sheets.
5. Manage client calls, emails, and text messages related to their health insurance plans.
6. Help clients with their online portals.
7. Help clients call their health insurance provider.
8. Help clients make changes to their accounts.
9. Other duties as assigned.

1. Microsoft Office Excel and Word

2. Beginners' knowledge of computers.

3. Customer service experience.

4. Assistant or secretarial experience preferred.

5. Health insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
