We are looking for a Medical Front Office Associate that wants to be a part of this this amazing company. Beltone is an Hearing Aid company so, you will be helping patients that need to hear better. You are singly responsible for managing the front desk and running a smooth office flow with the Hearing Care Practitioner. We are retail medical sales because Hearing Aids need to be sold. Essential Functions

Medical Front Office Associate:

• We welcome those in the, Hospitality Industry, Retail Industry and Direct Sales.
• YOU are responsible for managing the front area
• This is a Customer Service position.
• Making outbound calls from our customer database to schedule appointments.
• Attending Community outreach events.
• Retail sales. There are accessories that go with the hearing aids.
• Generating business opportunities and meeting daily goals in respect to this.
• Learning our technology and being comfortable doing so.
• Office cleaning, including vacuuming, light dusting, and sanitizing.
• Insurance verifications.
• We have a training program if your experience is lacking in an area or two.
