Office Assistant – High School Diploma (1+ clerical experience)

Who We Need
We’re looking for someone with the following skills, experience and credentials:
- Schedule member's appointments, ensures service tickets are in order.
- Collects and validates insurance information.
- Records no-show and appointment changes.
- Creates and maintains member charts.
- Compiles clinical information as requested.
- Collects, monitors, scans and enters data/information into the electronic health records or as assigned.
- As receptionist greets, receives, and escorts participants to appointments as needed.
- Handles matters as directed.
- Maintains communications with the staff.
- Completes reminder calls to the participants regarding their appointments.
- Maintains cooperative and effective workplace relationships and adheres to the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- Maintains client confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA requirements at all times.
- Other related duties as assigned.
We have a full-time position that works Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
Job requirements
- Has a high school diploma, and at least one year of office clerical experience.
- Medical and/or behavioral health experience is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Valid AZ Driver’s License.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be able to lift minimum 50 pounds, stoop and bend comfortably in all position
