Precision Rebar is looking to add an additional part time team member to support office staff.

Job Description:

This position requires frequent use of Outlook and Excel to perform data entry and electronic filing. Candidate will be required to print and sort lists of materials provided by other employees using specialty software and make bill of ladings, billings, bar lists, and material lists. The person filling this role will also file paper documents, answer phones, handle front-desk paperwork with visiting customers and perform other assorted tasks to help facilitate an organized and efficient office environment. Two years office experience minimum.

Job Duties:

Supporting other staff members.

Data entry in Excel and distribution of PDF.

Routing phone calls..

Printing blueprints.

Assisting with billing.

Greeting/directing visitors.

Assorting paper and electronic filing.

Qualifications:

Read and write in English, proficient in algebra, must have excellent computer skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Must be very organized and have the ability to adapt to customers needs changing. Must be able to work Monday-Friday, and be on time for work. Able to demonstrate proficient computer skills

Part time to full time

$18.00 an hour.
