We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and assisting with general office tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have strong attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in an office setting and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Organize and maintain filing systems.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Prepare documents & reports.
• Perform data entry tasks.
• Provide administrative support
• Prepare and provide estimates to customers via email and phone accurately.
• Utilize spreadsheets, PDFs, photos and other tools to provide customers accurate information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
