We are looking to hire hard-working cleaners/janitors who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our offices and buildings. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, window cleaning, and emptying trash. Additional duties may also include shampooing carpets and stripping, waxing, and buffing floors. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
- Dust furniture, sanitizing surfaces, empty trash, vacuum carpet and/or floors, mop floors, clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish consumables
- Clean windows and glass doors, shampoo carpets, strip, wax and buff floors
- Secure office/building by locking doors & setting alarm
- Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of any issues
- Being punctual. No frequent absences allowed
Qualifications
- Must be able to easily commute to this location via public transportation or own vehicle
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years verifiable experience in office or building cleaning
- Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Open availability to work evenings and weekends
- Must be a critical thinker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to accept constructive feedback
- Must be personable and respect boundaries of employee/client relationship
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting
- Must provide 3 verifiable references (2 work, 1 personal)
- Must be willing to undergo a full background check
