General Description

Provide assistance to Processing Department of Popular Mortgage

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and update reports and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
  • Maintain communication with other units of Processing Department and follow up pending documents or information.
  • Copies data and compiles reports.
  • Assist in the collection of information to comply with operational and regulatory processes.
  • Answer telephone, direct calls and take messages.
  • Collects and distributes paperwork from one department to another.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education

+ 60 Bachelor's Degree Credits Approved

Experience

At least one year in administrative tasks and customer service. Preferably with experience preparing and updating reports.

Other Qualifications

  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and verify the integrity of data.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work with multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Fluent oral and written communication in English
