JOB DESCRIPTION

Outsourcing & Management Concepts, Inc. (www.omcinc.net) manages several private and fast-growing businesses in various fields, including software, real estate, hospitality, and investments. As such, we are looking for a driven Operations Manager/Office Manager to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage inventory and ordering processes
  • Support our Café and accounting staff
  • Conduct daily Café audits
  • Manage invoices and prepare all relevant reports
  • Audit processes to ensure compliance with company systems and standards
  • Manage relationships with various products and services providers
  • Source, negotiate, and purchase supplies and equipment
  • Manage payroll, and other related HR tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, and a minimum of 5 years of office and/or back office management experience.
  • In the absence of a Bachelor’s Degree, a candidate must have at least 7 years of office management experience.
  • Must be committed, focused, and dedicated to building a career.
  • Must have a clean background record and a good credit history.
  • Must have credible and relevant industry references.
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Advantageous: Experience in Restaurant Management and/or Back Office.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Monday to Friday

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
