We are open standard office hours M-F 8-5.

Florida Utility Solutions is a water and waste water operations and lift station maintenance and repair company. We currently operate 4 water/wastewater facilities and close to 200 lift stations.

The Compliance Associate responsibilities would include:

- Overseeing compliance sampling, then gathering data, monitoring and reporting in alignment with the permit for each water and/or wastewater facility.

- Input of invoices received into Quickbooks

- basic scanning and filing of digital documents

- various office related tasks

- light cleaning of the office

- errands

-answering the phone

Training is available for the right individual.

Education - minimum of high school diploma

Skills: Extremely detail oriented, good memory and organizational skills.

Job Description:

- Map and calendar required compliance sampling

- Prepare sample kits

- Ensure the operator of each facility has all samples pulled within required timeframe

- Receive and review sample results for inconsistencies or out of compliance results

- Oversee retesting if needed

- Prepare and submit required compliance reporting: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually

- Data entry

- General office duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
