Job description

We are seeking experienced Offset Press Operator to join our printing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years of experience operating sheet fed or web offset presses, and be proficient with operating AB Dick, Ryobi, Itek, Heidelberg, Jet Press or Didde presses.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has a passion for producing high-quality printed materials.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain offset presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Ensure that production runs are completed according to specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient production.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating sheet fed or web offset presses.
• Proficient with AB Dick, Ryobi, Itek, Heidelberg, Jet Press or Didde presses
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets, layouts, and color bars.
• Experience with running multiple color jobs and performing color matching.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for equipment operation

Pay: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (overtime hours available)
