We are seeking an On-site Manager / Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources to recruit new hires and retain existing hires.

Summary:

• Job Title: On-site Manager/Recruiter
• Job Location: Reno,NV
• Employment Type: Full-Time - Direct Hire
• Days/Hours: Monday through Friday and Occasional Weekends
• Compensation Range: $45K - $50K

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values, and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
