Onboarding Associate Position Summary

SRS Acquiom is currently recruiting for an Onboarding Associate, reporting to the Senior Director, Contract Administration. Under general direction, the Onboarding Associate is responsible for overseeing all functions as it relates to the onboarding process of new M&A deals. The role also requires development and maintenance of processes related to client communication and support.

This position requires fielding complex analytical questions across business lines and being able to communicate effectively and professionally, and document findings in the internal database. This position requires a motivated, highly detail oriented, individual with a strong work ethic. This person should have excellent oral and written communication, analysis, and documentation skills.

The range for this position is between range of $26.44 - $31.25/per hour ($55k - $65k annually), depending on level of experience.

Position can be located in Denver, CO, Minneapolis MN, or be fully remote.

Onboarding Associate Primary Responsibilities

  • Track all pending and closed transactions.
  • Onboard new deals by assisting the Professional Services Group with collecting M&A documents and materials and uploading them into our system of record.
  • Compile final agreements as needed.
  • Timely respond to questions from clients regarding accounts and other issues that arise post-close.
  • Facilitate special projects related to Onboarding.
  • Assist other groups with closing/closed deal-related tasks as needed.
  • Liaise with Counsel for post-closing follow ups for various internal groups.
  • Collaborate with internal groups to ensure fees and wires are routed appropriately.
  • Other administrative or project related duties as assigned.

Onboarding Associate Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-3 years of client excellence experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals preferred; experience in the financial industry required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey sometimes complex aspects of a deal to Shareholders effectively and timely in a professional manner.
  • Previous experience prioritizing multiple tasks that require a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Working to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Required; NetSuite experience would be added benefit, but not required.

Onboarding Associate Physical Requirements/Special Demands:

  • Must be available to work standard business hours, and occasional nights/weekends.
  • Travel may be necessary, up to 20% of year, and may not be scheduled in advance.
  • Must be able to routinely lift 30lbs.
