Brink’s, Inc. is the premier provider secure logistics solutions, including transportation, ATM servicing, currency processing and other value added services to financial institutions, retailers and other commercial and government entities.

The company has a proud history of providing growth and advancement opportunities for its employees. We have a challenging opportunity for a Customer Enablement leader.

Brink’s is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented leader to work closely with our Sales associates, Operations, Product Managers, IT associates, and other cross-functional team members to lead a team to support the customer onboarding to Brink’s solutions.

This resource will be responsible for managing a team of Onboarding Project Managers that are service and relationship oriented individuals who coordinate provisioning, training, device installation, and transition to normal support lifecycle for customers purchasing Brink’s Complete solutions.

The Customer Enablement leader will lead the Onboarding associates, will develop onboarding processes and tools, will monitor metrics to drive continuous improvement, and will work to ensure customers have a great experience.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in Project Management, Product Management or Process Improvement

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire financial industry

• PMP Certification

• Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills

• Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing projects

• Ability to inspire and motivate

• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with a sense of urgency
