Pay Structure:
Hourly rate of $17 plus additional monthly incentive ranging $400-$800 based on performance!
The Position:
We are searching for motivated, accountable, and reliable individuals dedicated to delivering superior Customer Service by utilizing their problem solving and complaint resolution skills. This position supports the companys customer facing departments by communicating with customers, employees, and regulatory bodies via phone calls, email to assist with bankruptcy handling, written customer complaints, fraud prevention, application process, resolving past due amounts, and sales.
Location:
We are in Logan, Utah, in Cache Valley. This area is within minutes of the Temple or the Tabernacle.
