Driveway, part of the nation’s second-largest automotive dealership group, is looking for customer-centric and sales-minded individuals interested in the modern-day car sales environment. Our Customer Service Agents are responsible for handling online inquiries related to our Driveway “Shop” operations. They assist customers as they navigate through Driveway’s online car shopping and buying process, including ensuring the vehicle is delivered to their driveway

Ideal candidates have experience in customer-focused jobs such as hospitality, retail, and “Big Ticket Retail” (i.e., cell/cable/electronic/ sales), business-to-business sales, bartending, restaurant serving, and inside/outside sales.

What will I be doing?

• Answer questions and help move the digital transaction process forward
• Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and email
• Be the single point of contact for the customer throughout the transaction
• Present financing terms
• Present protection products (ex: extended warranties)
• Collect down payment, Driver’s License, Proof of Insurance, Proof of Income
• Communicate paperwork and logistic timelines
• Maintain activity log
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have valid driver's license
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Sense of urgency

• Time management
