About the Position

OnTarget by Abound Health is seeking a Product Manager who has the exciting role of driving the vision for OnTarget along with supporting the product throughout every stage of its life cycle. The primary areas of focus are product discovery, product planning and product development. As a leader, they are looked to for product strategy, timeline management, creative ideation, and feature identification. Working with OnTarget customer needs with the larger business objectives in mind, the Product Manager articulates what success looks like for OnTarget and rallies a cross-functional team to turn that vision into a reality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, coach, and manage the product team
• Crystallize the product vision and work closely with the product and development teams to develop a product roadmap and strategy
• Prioritize features based on outlined strategies and market need analyses
• Manage project scope by making tradeoffs between competing features based on their relationship to business goals and team capabilities
• Track development progress against plan and resolve identified variances, keeping key business stakeholders informed
• Run beta, pilot and go-to-market programs for large-scale releases
• Take ownership and act as a leader while considering team members' opinions
• Facilitate and manage strategic communication between the cross-functional teams
• Ensure OnTarget is successfully meeting business goals and users’ needs through implementation and product support
• Understand pain points and how to engage with others through effective problem-solving
• Execute market research using various methodologies to gain insights about user needs, the market and the product itself
• Develop relationships with customers and focus on their retention
• Work with external third parties for integration partnership opportunities

Qualifications:

• 7+ years product management experience
• Exceptional experience recruiting, training, and leading product team members
• Possesses an adaptive and motivational leadership style
• Proven work experience managing Enterprise SaaS and mobile applications through its lifecycle
• Deep knowledge of the market and development cycle
• Experience and understanding in Agile methodologies
• Analytical abilities and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Interpersonal skills and can develop meaningful relationships with team members and customers
• The ability to think holistically to create long-term vision
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
• Extensive SQL experience
• Experience working with product metrics (i.e., NPS, feature adoption, churn, productivity)
• Strong technical background understanding of web, database, and mobile technologies
• Modern user experience (UX) knowledge
• Experience with HIPAA compliance software products

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Work Environment: Remote office environment

Travel: Limited to a few times per year
