We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team and help with the day-to-day operations of our organization. Part-time to start with potential to be full-time by q/3 or 4. This is an exciting opportunity at a small but mighty fast-growing agency working with top tier financial institutions. Self driven, positive attitude and a strong attention to detail a must. An understanding of marketing and some experience copywriting a nice to have. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks associated with our operations, including data entry, filing, emailing clients and managing workflow. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to multitask effectively.
