Our office culture is friendly, collaborative, and definitely growing. We strongly prefer that this role be in-house which is located in Greenwood Village, CO (Denver Tech Center).

Qualifications

Must be passionately committed to serving and caring for other people. Must be able to handle a steady workload, multiple projects simultaneously, and operate successfully under deadlines. Must be able to follow directions while knowing when to take the ball and run. Must have experience navigating internal CRM systems and other financial services software packages. Other Microsoft Office software experience is required.

The primary role of the Denver Wealth Management Operations Associate is to provide middle and back office services to the firm including any and all daily tasks produced by the advisors and clients. This would include opening accounts, moving money, transferring accounts, send and following up on client paperwork, and occasionally working directly with clients to complete any of these tasks. This associate will be expected to form working relationships with all of our advisors (in office and remote). One key success measure is taking ownership of advisor operational tasks allowing the advisor to grow his/her business.

Primary Responsibilities: 70%

  • Be the ‘face and voice’ of our operational capabilities
  • Communicating directly with advisors and clients providing clarity and status of requests
  • Manage work tasks via CRM tool
  • Research complex situations, set client expectations, and take ownership of the actions necessary to resolve inquiries in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure we meet our client’s expectations for timely service delivery
  • Submit instructions for account activities on behalf of the advisor for brokerage functions (New Accounts, Cash Management, Transfers, Account Maintenance)
  • Manage account notifications and resolution of NIGO items
  • Manage reports for account activities that are operational in nature – cash management, RMDs, periodic distributions, contributions, pending settlements, etc
  • Address questions from clients on account activity, policies, and statements
  • Assist with information and documentation requirements for new accounts, transfers and complex (non-investment related) activities
  • Comfortable returning work back to Advisors if NIGO

Other Duties: 20%

  • Proactive reach out to clients and advisors on time sensitive activities - RMDs, distributions and 1099s
  • Assist the advisor in the preparation of upcoming client meetings (i.e., paperwork, various account specific activities, other requirements, etc.)
  • Educate advisors and clients on the use of technology available to streamline processes
  • Help drive revenue retention by reviewing any outbound household assets
  • Exercising core skills required to form meaningful relationships

Client/Advisor Satisfaction: 10%

  • Drive customer experience to high levels of satisfaction by adhering to our corporate values
  • Provide occasional recaps to the advisor summarizing work completed and outstanding
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure we meet our client’s expectations for timely service delivery

  • Experience with CRM tools preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry
  • FINRA series 7 license highly valued

Compensation range is $65,000 - $80,000(depending on experience and licenses)
