The Retail Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for the outside sales, email and social media marketing, and support duties towards the retail stores. The Retail Operations Specialist will work closely with store managers, buyers, and company leadership to plan, execute, and measure key marketing initiatives in an effort to increase retail traffic and revenue. The Retail Operations Specialist plays a key role in maintaining and developing the group business channel. They will work closely with established customers to meet their ongoing needs and will actively search out new customers.

• Social Media Management
• Email Marketing
• Visual Merchandising
• Reporting & Analysis

Requirements:

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Experience with social media platforms and development of social media campaigns
• Familiarity with business key performance indicators: Sales, Profit, Margin, ect.
• Sales and selling skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other office software applications
• Familiarity with visual merchandising concepts and execution of retail planograms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
