YOUR IMPACT AS OUR SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER
As our Service Operations Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your plumbing team. This includes managing and delegating tasks to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You also maintain a strong working relationship with our clients and with management, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the work being done. If a client is ever unhappy with our work, you speak with them and do your best to address the problem.
A strong leader, you coach and train your team members as well as recruit and hire new talent. You closely manage and document your processes as you work, searching for areas where we could improve. You take pride in being an effective leader who strengthens your team and ensures our company's success!
QUALIFICATIONS
If you feel up to the challenge and meet the following requirements, we want you on our team!
- 8+ years of plumbing experience
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
This position will require you to work roughly 50 hours per week with some flexibility depending on scheduling needs.
