Industry leader in the Fire Protection business is seeking a full-time Alarm Operations Manager. Individual must possess positive attitude and good people skills. Proven ability to successfully lead Installation, Service, Test & Inspection Teams. Oversee all aspects of fire alarm panel projects from beginning to completion, as well as ongoing alarm response and service. Responsible for purchasing, tracking, and reporting all equipment cost for installations and service calls. Excellent opportunity for a field technician who wants to move up to next level with future expansion and growth within. Clients are primarily in Washington, DC, MD and Northern, VA.
Compensation commensurate with experience, with a range of $100K-$125K, plus bonus.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working in the field with Fire Alarm Panels, Security Alarm Panels, and/or sprinkler systems.
- Ability and desire to manage small team of fire alarm technicians (3-5 employees).
- Ability to technically support filed technicians.
- Oversee Installation, Servicing, Scheduling, Troubleshooting, Programming of panels.
- Familiarity with NFPA standards.
- NICET Fire Alarm Level II Certification (or obtain within 1st year of employment).
- Certified Factory Training a plus.
- Blueprint Reading.
- Computer skills / Tech iPads Skills (Excel / Word).
- Valid driver s license.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen to company s satisfaction.
