Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Operations Manager at our Enid, OK location you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the construction materials testing teams
• Perform daily management and leadership activities.
• Acquire, develop, and retain talent, and provide career track guidance.
• Develop new clients and communicate regularly with current clients, maintain and build relationships, and collaborate with corporate office to pursue new client opportunities.
• Overseeing the quality of work and ensure high, and consistent deliverable quality
• Monitoring workload and productivity
• Monitoring project health and profitability, and overall office financials

Qualifications

YOU ARE INTERESTED IN:

• Being an entrepreneur and leading an office of highly trained engineers and technicians
• Taking charge and growing the business
• Working on a variety of projects for both public and private clients
• Providing staff leadership, management, and development
• Pursuing, securing and executing new projects

YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• 5+ years of Management experience in the construction
• Experience with projects and clients in the Enid area
• Proven record of developing and winning projects
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talented staff.
• Excellent client management and relations skills
• Ability to manage existing clients and develop additional clients.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
