Job description

West Bay Energy is seeking a high-charged, high-energy, team-driven individual to work as Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will work with our in-house operations team to improve our processes and efficiencies as we continue to grow at a rapid rate. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, people, and communication skills while leading, guiding, and mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

  • The position is responsible for building, coaching, and motivating our operations, and installation teams to achieve goals and assigned strategic account objectives.
  • The Operations Manager is the liaison between all the company divisions with the main goals of improving synergies and increasing efficiency.
  • The position requires a demonstration of coaching experience, building account management teams, and developing strong sales and operations management skills. West Bay Energy is a fast-growing company, looking for motivated people to grow along with our team.
  • Develops, reviews, updates, and implements business strategic planning for Sales, Operations, and In-Service goals by establishing budgets, results measurements, and allocating resources.
  • Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in operations.
  • Minimum of 3+ years leadership experience in sales and operations holding management roles with 3+ direct reports or more.
  • Relevant experience in sales and operations teams in a business-to-business environment within the construction industry.
  • Project management experience.
  • Self-starter that shows initiative.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
