The Operations Technology Integration (OTI) System Analyst I assists with the administration and daily operations of assigned systems and servers within Operations, including troubleshooting and working with vendors to reach satisfactory resolution on system issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists with troubleshooting, configuring and maintaining user roles on systems assigned to OTI.
• Participates and assists with testing and implementing new systems, updates and changes to existing systems.
• Assists with development of upgrade and rollback plans as well as execution planning.
• Assists with the identification, research, and resolution of technical problems across various platforms including but not limited to e-deposits, ATM/ITMs, remittance, Documentum, and Teller Capture including communicating updates to system users.
• Assists end users with questions and in resolving issues with assigned systems.
• Assists with troubleshooting, identifies and resolves system-related malfunctions and software issues.
• Performs server patching and post testing with Logix networking as required.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation related to assigned servers and systems.
• Assists with training applicable staff on upgrades for various new systems and updates.
• Assists in disaster recovery planning.
• Interfaces and works closely with co-workers, internal customers, IT personnel, management and vendors for technical support.
• Assists with auditing and researching all processes for compliance rules, regulations, and laws and informs department manager of necessary changes and required deadlines.
• Accomplishes individual and departmental goals and objectives.
• Contributes as a problem solver and implements solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Ability):

• At least 1 year of relevant experience supporting technology or a combination of relevant certifications and work experience.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• A demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn and support new systems using various applications.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication with strong analytical and problem solving ability.
• Strong experience with using a personal computer and proficiency with MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Is able to work during non-business hours to perform maintenance on assigned systems.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of relevant certifications and work experience.
