Job description

As our office continues to grow we are looking to add members to our eye care team. We are a growing, fast paced office. We are are filling a position that is 4-5 days a week. We need someone that is available Monday through Friday. We have locations in both Shelley and Idaho Falls and have openings at each office. Applicants must be outgoing and feel comfortable interacting with patients. Computer skills are important.

No prior optical experience is required but it is preferred. Customer service experience and prior front desk experience is also preferred.

Applicants need to enjoy people, get along well with other teammates, and respect patients. Good communication and customer service skills are a must. Duties will include, but are not limited to: optical sales, dispensing glasses and contacts, glasses adjustment and repair, filing insurance, and reception duties.
