Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Organizational Change Management Lead to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant needs to have extensive working knowledge of Organizational Change Management strategies, methods, and tools to effect the adoption of a new Business System in a dynamic, distributed work environment that directly supports a DoD mission-critical agency.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Organizational Change Management Lead, you will:

• Develop and then lead an end-to-end OCM plan (e.g., change impact analysis, stakeholder and change agent network engagement, communications, end-user training, readiness, and adoption) for adopting a new Business System within a DoD agency
• Lead change management activities leveraging a structured methodology/process and supporting tools
• Determine and execute methods for measuring success of change management efforts
• Assist in the development of aids/tools, and methods to drive successful project outcomes
• Develop and present executive-level presentations
• Work with existing functional team members to understand and document change impacts

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required
• DoD Security Clearance (Secret or above)
• 3 years of experience supporting technology-focused transformation projects
• 5+ years of total professional experience
• Hands-on experience in a role enabling change management efforts within an IT organization
• Confident in a fast-paced work environment; ability to multi-task
• Experience actively implementing OCM methods and measuring their effectiveness to course correct
• High proficiency in written and oral communication for conveyance of

• Previous Federal Government experience
• Previous Army experience
