Job Summary
Dominion Energy is seeking one individual to fulfill the Outdoor Lighting Senior Business Performance Analyst role in Richmond, VA.
Work independently with business unit management to prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process. Define and develop performance metrics; analyze and recommend data collection process improvements; and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics. Maintain Outdoor Lighting Website and e-room with product offerings. Facilitate training related to Outdoor Lighting products and work request processes, including work request initiation, completion, and accounting changes. Communicate with external customers including residential, commercial, and governmental account holders to solve lighting concerns by updating GIS information and completing billing reconciliation. Identify and implement better work and business processes. Develop cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs and models to support the development of business strategies. Develop programs and implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies. Perform varied analyses of an economic, business, and engineering nature. Provide assistance and leadership to co-workers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences required for entry into this job include the following:
5+ years of relevant directly related work experience in general business finance or Outdoor Lighting experience with a preferred Bachelor’s Degree (or 7+ years in of related work experience general business finance or Outdoor Lighting experience with an Associate’s degree; or 9+ years in of related work experience in general business finance or Outdoor Lighting experience with a High School or equivalent degree)
Strongly Preferred:

- Demonstrated planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple projects/project teams simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of data analytics preferred.
- Ability to provide solutions, resolve, develop/oversee outdoor lighting processes.
- Experience with Cognos reporting, Work Manager, CBMS/CORE, and GIS preferred.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and decision-making.
- Customer service experience.
- Effective analytical and computer skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferred Discipline(s): Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science
