We are looking for those who have a love for the outdoors and who are adventure-seekers to add to our team. We need honest, hard-working, athletic, and strong individuals who can work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Flemings Holiday Lighting is now hiring motivated people to assist with lighting installations for commercial lighting displays throughout King County. We are a leader in the industry and pride ourselves on the quality of our work. Most of our work is focused on large scale installations that mostly involve tree lighting. We need people who are highly capable, dependable, fast-learners, and who have a positive attitude.

This is an annual seasonal position that starts in July and goes through March.

Our team members typically work 4 days a week, 10hrs a day. Our team works off 12’ adjustable ladders that weigh 55lbs as well as a variety of other ladders. The minimum height requirement is 5’6” to safely operate our ladders and the operator must be able to carry and manipulate the weight of the ladder safely.

We pay above average for this kind of work to make sure that we can find a great team. Team members will start out at $25 an hour! When a team member has proven themselves to be a valuable team member, the goal will be to advance them up to $35 an hour by the end of the season. We also have bonuses with minimum commitment of a season.
