About the Role:
The ADT (Admission Discharge Transfer) Engagement Supervisor oversees the ADT team which makes calls to ADT community members and High Impact Score community members. The ADT Engagement Supervisor is the leadership component of the team and is responsible for the overall management, growth and successful performance of the team. With the goal of identifying a presenting community member's needs, the Supervisor will deliver on key engagement goals and will be a critical component to the development and success of their staff, who provide community members that are part of the ADT process with the ability to "access" Eleanor Health services.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee all aspects of the ADT Teams performance. Maintain high availability and high performance while ensuring that all work performed within the team is complete to high quality without impact to internal/external community members and maintain service level agreements.
- Implement monthly, seasonal and annual engagement goals and strategies, and evaluate results accordingly working closely with the analytics team.
- Engage in work flow improvement projects, often requiring reaching out to a variety of support teams, and drive them from conception to completion.
- Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; sets objectives and goals; breaks down work into process steps; develops schedules; anticipates and adjusts for problems and roadblocks.
- Maintains a current understanding for population health contracts and scripting and scheduling protocols for attributed community community community members,
- Actively demonstrates a dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements from internal and external community members; gets firsthand information and uses it for improvements in ADT and Outreach services; always acts with the community member in mind.
- Manage ADT Team's Lead expectations and deliverables while driving solutions for efficiencies and automation.
- Conduct performance evaluations and reviews on Admissions, Discharge and Transfers Team (ADT) specialists and provide timely feedback on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and/or annual basis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a secure and reasonably quiet work from home environment
- Ability to successfully operate within a variety of computer programs: Salesforce, Athena, Collective Medical, Bamboo Health, G-Suite, Vonage, and others.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Masters Degree preferred
- Minimum five years' experience in managing an engagement team including but not limited to outbound calling or sales or business development team.
- Specific experience in the admissions discharge transfers or behavioral healthcare field is preferred.
- Availability for Mountain and Pacific Time shifts preferred; or open availability for second shift (9-5 pm PST/12-8 pm EST)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud and Electronic Medical Records preferred.
- Familiarity and experience with any of the following: GSuite, Slack, Zoom, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Jamf, VOIP, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Office 365 preferred.
- Familiarity and experience working with member data, payor files and a data engineering team preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and managing compliance within a digital health organization (not required, but nice to have)
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of development
- Demonstrated performance managing and inspiring a culturally and professionally diverse team.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style.
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization

Work Environment
The work environment is remote - work from home. As Protected Health Information (PHI) may be discussed in meetings or accessed in day to day activities, a quiet and secure environment is necessary.
