Rogue Valley Heating and Air is seeking an HVAC Sales Superstar to join our team!

The HVAC Comfort Advisor role requires effective appointment setting and closing skills, the ability to WOW our customers, a flexible work schedule, exemplary verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to 'get the job done'. This individual must be a self-starter who is detail oriented, self-motivated and personable. This position is provided with the support of a dynamic team, a large client database, state of the art equipment and a performance driven management team that believes in doing things the right way, not the easy way.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR

• Demonstrate our core values every single day: Service, Teamwork, Integrity, and Quality
• Strive for nothing below a 5-star customer experience with every interaction
• Listen to and educate customers on their HVAC equipment sales options
• Present yourself as knowledgeable and professional when providing HVAC system replacement options
• Work alongside the customer service team and HVAC Service Technicians to ensure overall success of the business
• Actively participate in all training and meetings
• Develop / cultivate professional relationships
• Review sales proposals/paperwork submitted by HVAC field personnel daily to ensure all necessary information is recorded accurately and appropriately
• Make sure that employee and client concerns are handled immediately
• Properly track sales statistics, profit/loss margins, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR

• Must have at least 3+ years of HVAC Sales experience
• Must have passion for exceptional service
• Must enjoy serving and helping others
• Must have excellent written and communication skills
• Must be team oriented as well as work independently
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Must have a strong desire to succeed
• Must be trainable/coachable
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must demonstrate highest level of integrity - doing the right thing even when no one is watching
• Engaging and enthusiastic personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Ability to cope with pressure, multiple tasks, deadlines and rapidly changing priorities
• Ability to build relationships with a wide variety of internal and external contacts
• Familiarity with Service Titan software a plus!
• Proficient with Microsoft Office a plus
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, and have a valid OR driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs/ladders
• Ability to lift / carry / push / pull up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Ability to work in hot and cold temperature extremes
• Ability to wear required PPE (personal protective equipment)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
