Responsibilities:
- supervision of resident care and safety
- supervision of the caregivers on shift
- will adjust personnel assignments based as needed in assignments to ensure the smooth and safe running of CVSC
- This position is expected to first function as a coach and then a decision maker.
- A key responsibility of this position is to absorb, model and teach the CVSC culture of teamwork and personal responsibility.
- It is vital that this position facilitates communication between shifts and keep their direct and in-direct supervisors aware of information that impact the overall performance of the facility.
