Full time Painter | Harriet and Ralph Kaplan Estates - Peabody, MA

We are currently seeking an Activities Assistant to join our Assisted Living team at the Kaplan Estates in Peabody, MA. Kaplan Estates offers the perfect balance of independence and support for active seniors. 40 Hours per Week / Work weekends every 4 weeks

Hourly Salary: $20.00

Position Summary:

The Building Painter will be responsible for paint the resident apartments that are in the process of being turn, also maintain and repair common areas walls.

Qualifications:

• Previous basic painting experience is preferred.
• Must be mechanically inclined and experience with hand on power tools
• Must have basic skills to read and speak English.
• Must have proper body mechanics, reaching above the shoulders and lifting are involve.
• Must have the ability to work effectively with residents, staff and contractors.
• Must have the ability to work in team.
