Painter position in Downtown Miami & Miami Beach
We are seeking a Painter to paint interior walls, doors, trim, baseboards, exterior curbs, etc. in a High Rise Downtown and Miami Beach area.

Requirements:
- Experience in all aspects of painting in a high-rise condominium or Rental community environment preferred.
- Ability to follow work orders from Supervisors.
Responsibilities:
- Punch out in rental apartments to include: Painting, patching, and repairs of walls, baseboards, doors and other items inside the apartments.
- Paint in the Common areas of the building’s interior and exterior as needed.
- Adjust Inventory of paint supplies needed.
- Ensures that the paint shop is organized and clean.
- Help with Janitorial crew if needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
