The Dance Academy is a premier dance and parkour studio with locations in Kingsford, Escanaba and throughout the U.P. of Michigan offering a well-rounded, professional dance/tumbling/parkour education that caters to individual pace and growth. Our roots are in the passion of teaching, and the team understands the importance of a child’s development at any age–ensuring our lessons go beyond those of the studio.

We are hiring an exciting rockstar parkour educator for part-time positions (possibly leading to full-time) teaching all ages. Qualified applicants should come with an energetic attitude, team player, a mentor to our youth and willing to learn and grow as a team and individually.

Our Kingsford branch is looking for passionate parkour educator to join its faculty! Educators may teach a wide range of s children from 3 years old to adult. We are looking for educators who want to dedicate their time to teaching with us and be a part of its studio team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a high-energy environment with children of all ages and will also possess a passion for educating and mentoring kids. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work with a diverse group of students and expand their education.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in proper parkour technique and enhance student growth
• Teach students to perform, rehearse, and memorize patterns
• Instill the joy of parkour in every student and be able to mentor any and all children and their abilities
• Be an amazing role model to all the students and team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
