Who You Are…

As a laser technician, you are an integral part of the team and your passion for administering result-driven laser hair removal service contributes to our world-class high level of customer satisfaction and experience. Acting as the first line of response to the clients, you must cultivate new client relationships and ensure retention of existing clients while maintaining safety standards and cleanliness.

You will connect with our customers to address questions and reservations surrounding the laser hair removal service. You will demonstrate a working knowledge of laser treatments and procedures and perform according to treatment protocols. You will evaluate treatment outcomes and recommend altered treatments as necessary to further improve the hair removal treatment in a friendly, comfortable environment. You will identify the correct settings pertinent to each client’s personal conditions, Fitzpatrick scale, and laser hair removal areas based on patients' anatomy, contraindications, and precautions related to treatments. Additionally, you will listen to customers’ needs to determine their preferences and act as a salesperson to upsell customers on additional areas to treat for laser hair removal.

You are available to work a flexible workweek, which includes some weekend coverage. You also have at least two (2) years of experience as a laser hair removal technician. To make you stand out, you will have experience using Candela GentleMax Pro.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

• Miami, FL 33143: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Upselling as a laser technician: 2 years (Required)
• Candela GentleMax Pro Machine: 1 year (Preferred)
• Laser Hair Removal Technicians: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Laser technician certification (Required)
