3 DAYS PER WEEK! EXTENSIVE ONLINE AND ON THE JOB PAID TRAINING! As a member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting walk in's, answering the phone to assist current clients with payments, policy changes and answering questions. The ideal candidate has some experience working with a diverse demographic as well as computer, multi-line phone and headset and be able to type. The Front Desk Agent position is perfect for individuals who enjoy listening to, talking with and helping others and someone who refuses to ever stop learning.

Responsibilities:

• Property & Casualty Ins License required (we pay for your education and exam)
• Answer and route calls.
• Handle all customer service matters.
• Schedule appointments.
• Answer questions and provide information to clients and prospects.
• Be a dependable, responsible team player.
• Must be able to pass background check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
