Metropolitan Management Co. has an opening for a Part Time Leasing Agent at a townhome community in Kenmore. We are a well-established Property Management Company that manages desirable multi-family properties in the Seattle area. The Leasing Agent is responsible for coordinating all activities related to marketing and advertising available rentals, scheduling and showing units, screening applicants, move-ins, move-outs, and lease signings. This position is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention. We are looking for an organized, energetic, self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and takes ownership in all aspects of their work. The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service and sales talents, the ability to multitask, and respond with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response with superb communication and problem solving skills. He or she will be highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, collaborative work style, and have strong worth ethic. This candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and hospitality and exceeding people's expectations and find great satisfaction in helping to create community. Requirements for this leasing position include a minimum of 2 years' experience in leasing and/or property management, excellent verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
