Part-Time Receptionist
Job description
We are hiring a Part-Time Receptionist for our skilled nursing facility. Do you have a caring heart and team spirit? We would love to consider you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer all incoming calls to the facility.
- Greet and assist all guests of the facility.
- Give directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.
- Issue and collect identification badges as representatives sign in/out.
- Assist with administrative duties as directed. (Includes typing, filing, posting accounts, etc.)
- Receive, sort and distribute mail as directed.
