Sedulo Group, LLC is looking for a part-time Internal Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department and division leaders on a regular basis to understand their immediate internal staffing needs and to proactively identify future hiring needs. The recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using creativity and various sources, including traditional job boards, social media platforms and other networks.
Our ideal recruiter has experience recruiting as part of an HR department with functional experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Internal Recruiter are to ensure Sedulo attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Work with executive team to design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to recruiting sources
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Proactively identify and recruit quality candidates through multiple sources
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, capabilities, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Build and foster a pipeline of promising candidates for future hiring needs
- Lead the development and execution of an active internship program
- Help to onboard new employees to support a smooth integration
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the executive team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

- This is a flexible, remote position requiring 15 – 30 hours per week.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). Experience recruiting for market research or professional services firm preferred.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, behavioral, competency-based, stress, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with various evaluation processes (phone interviewing and screening, reference checks, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software and support tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- BS in Human Resources Management, Communications, Business or relevant field.
